Calculate edge density timeline
Calculates the number of nodes and the edge density of the graph over time. Density: 2|E| / |V|(|V|-1)

Input file(s)

inDGS

the input DGS file, that contains nodes and edges (contacts).

1 or more (mandatory)

Options

time

the time format for the x axis data composed of MM (month), dd (day), hh (hour), mm (minutes), ss (seconds). Default: hh:mm

0 or 1 (optional)

Output file(s)

outData

the output data file. Columns: time|nb_edges|nb_nodes|density

outFig

the output density timeline figure (x axis: time - y axis: density).

plot

the plot file used to compute the data file(s)
